Return & Refund Policy
At Besorah Ventures, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be in the original packaging
- Include proof of purchase
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos showing the problem
We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, or supplier restrictions, certain items may not be eligible for return. These exclusions will be stated on the product page when applicable.
Refunds
Once your return or claim has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once processing has begun, cancellation may not be possible.
